Manuel Ferreira is a senior level 2 authorised Ashtanga Yoga teacher, co-founder & Principle Teacher of Mysore Room. Manuel is been practicing Yoga since 1998 with almost 20 years teaching experience, he believes that the practice is adaptable to every lifestyle and body type. It is a strong message within his teachings to learn the art of intelligent movement with a healthy attitude as a practitioner.

Manuel’s years of experience traveling and teaching around the world while he supported and created several Mysore Programs, gives him the ability to teach the complete beginner to advanced practitioners, athletes, pregnant students and teachers. He strives to teach the Ashtanga method as it has been taught to him, while also adapting to meet the individual needs of all students.
