Sirilak Khotmanee or “Elle” as she is commonly called, took the path less travelled when she gave up her last office job in a Japanese company to make the pilgrimage that is almost a rite of passage in the life of an ashtanga yoga practitioner. Elle made her first trip to Mysore, India in 2007. In 2014, after numerous trips, and many months spent honing her skills and understanding, Elle was authorized to teach Level 2.

Elle currently teaches online class .This time, she will be teaching in other countries, sharing her take on an ancient practice.

It is not often we are graced by the presence of a female teacher that keys in to aspects of the practice that women commonly have difficulty with. Come and experience the daily practice under the knowing hands of Elle.
