Ashtanga Yoga

A traditional method of teaching yoga that unfolds the series to each practitioner on an individual basis.

Ashtanga Led

In Led classes, everyone moves at the same pace, following the counts and poses as the teacher calls them out. Led classes cater to the particular mix of the students in each class.

P2,500 for 5 sessions

First class FREE (new student)

All class cards are valid for 3 months from date of issue; they are also non-transferable and non-refundable.

SPECIALIZED CLASSES

All Specialized Classes require an advance reservation and payment, and sometimes a form, before we can confirm a booking.
Class cancellations must be done a day prior to avoid forfeiting the class fee. Click here for reservations.

Closed starting December 19, Friday; reopens January 5, 2026, Monday.

 

OFFICIAL HOLIDAYS

Rockwell Club and Alabang Studio will remain open.
