Kitty Arambulo-Clinton is an eternal student, a human rights jurist by training, an international civil servant by profession, and a yogini in heart and soul. Having had yoga in her life for 20 years, and ashtanga vinyasa yoga for seven, she has personally experienced and is therefore convinced of yoga’s beneficial impact on all aspects of life. She considers teaching yoga a privilege and part of her seva, having taught a wide range of groups, from UN bureaucrats and AIM business students to women prison inmates.
Kitty believes that yoga should be lived in daily life, and not only learned on the mat and in courses and training programs. She has benefited from the wisdom and knowledge of teachers who are living examples and to whom she is grateful, including Paul Dallaghan, O.P. Tiwari, Neil Barker, Darby and Lino Miele. She was certified as a yoga teacher by Centered Yoga Institute in August 2006, and is registered with Yoga Alliance. She is also a Yoga Ed. certified instructor for yoga for kids (K-8).
