Sirilak Khotmanee or “Elle” as she is commonly called, took the path less travelled when she gave up her last office job in a Japanese company to make the pilgrimage that is almost a rite of passage in the life of an Ashtanga yoga practitioner. She made her first trip to Mysore, India in 2007. In 2014, after numerous trips, and many months spent honing her skills and understanding, Elle is now an Authorized Level 2 Teacher in the tradition of Shri K. Pattabhi Jois.

Elle is fully involved with her students sharing her simple and practical approach to Ashtanga yoga that combines theory, asana adjustment, and always a dash of humor. She currently teaches in Bangkok and periodically beyond her country’s borders.

It is not often we are graced by the presence of a female teacher that keys in to aspects of the practice that women commonly have difficulty with. Come and experience the daily practice under the knowing hands of Elle.

Classes will not require advance reservation but may involve a wait time when the room is at full capacity. Beginners are welcome. The start-time for those new to Ashtanga yoga is 8am.
