July 2012
Teachers come and go but those that have staying power have much to impart because of their wealth of experience and mature attitude towards Yoga in general. Come and be part of a unique learning experience with Gregor Maehle as he takes us through Yoga Philosophy and its practical applications. Come and also take part in six days of Asana practice using the method of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
We look forward to seeing you on the mat.
Ortigas Studio
Beginning May 15, we will no longer offer Beginner's Led Ashtanga on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 4pm at the Ortigas Studio.
Ortigas Studio
Starting May 15, Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:00 to 9:00 am
We will have two Mysore Self-Practice sessions weekly starting May 15. In these sessions, students are given the space and time to develop their practice without the assistance of a teacher. What often happens is regular students that practice together may even adjust or help each other out. This class allows the student to deepen their practice without the usual distractions of practicing at home. Our Mysore sessions under the guidance of a teacher will continue on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7:30 to 9:00 am.
Ortigas & Alabang Studios
